Anger Management: Andar Ki Aag Ko Samajhna

Gussa ek normal human emotion hai. Problem tab banti hai jab yeh bohot tez, bar-bar, ya nuksaan pahunchane wale tarike se nikalta hai. WHO aur NIMHANS jaise institutes ke research ke mutabiq, unmanaged anger relationships, physical health, kaam aur mental well-being ko nuksaan pahunchata hai. Aksar yeh stress, unresolved dard, ya unheard feel hone se juda hota hai. Healthy anger management matlab feelings ko dabaana nahi. Iska matlab hai triggers samajhna, emotions control karna, aur needs ko sahi tarike se express karna. Person-centred counselling safe space deta hai jahan aap gusse ki asal roots explore kar sakte hain. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre mein hum Carl Rogers ke empathy aur unconditional positive regard wale approach ko follow karte hain. Yahan aap: Apne anger ke asal triggers identify kar sakte hain React karne se pehle pause karna seekh sakte hain Emotions ko bina nuksaan pahunchaye express kar sakte hain Better communication aur self-awareness develop kar sakte hain Gusse se akele nahi ladna. Samajhdari aur support isko positive change ka signal bana sakte hain. Agar gussa aapki shaanti, relationships ya daily life ko affect kar raha hai, toh baat karein. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre Compassionate, evidence-based, person-centred support.

Anger Management: Understanding the Fire Within

Anger is a normal human emotion. It becomes a problem only when it is intense, frequent, or expressed in harmful ways. According to psychological research and guidelines from institutions like WHO and NIMHANS, unmanaged anger can damage relationships, physical health, work performance, and mental well-being. It is often linked to stress, unresolved pain, or feeling unheard. Healthy anger management is not about suppressing feelings. It is about understanding triggers, regulating emotions, and expressing needs constructively. Person-centred counselling helps people explore the deeper roots of anger in a safe, non-judgmental space. At Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre, we follow Carl Rogers’ approach of empathy and unconditional positive regard. Here you can: Identify what truly triggers your anger Learn to pause and respond instead of react Express emotions without harming yourself or others Build healthier communication and self-awareness You do not have to fight anger alone. Understanding and support can turn it into a signal for positive change. If anger is affecting your peace, relationships, or daily life, reach out. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre Compassionate, evidence-based, person-centred support.

Grief & Loss: Jab Healing Ko Force Nahi, Space Chahiye

Grief loss ka natural response hai — kisi pyare ka jaana, rishte ka khatam hona, sehat ka badalna, ya badi life change. Yeh koi problem nahi jo jaldi fix karni ho. World Health Organization aur mental health guidelines ke mutabiq, unresolved grief emotional health, physical health, sleep aur daily life ko deeply affect kar sakta hai. Grief ka koi fixed timeline nahi hota. Log sadness, numbness, gussa, guilt, emptiness ya dard ke waves feel karte hain. NIMHANS aur psychological guidelines kehte hain ki healthy grieving ke liye acknowledgement, support aur time zaroori hai — “move on” karne ka pressure nahi. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre mein hum person-centred approach follow karte hain. Aapko rush nahi kiya jata, judge nahi kiya jata. Empathy aur unconditional positive regard ke through counselling safe space deta hai jahan aap: Apne feelings freely express kar sakte hain Loss ko apne tarike se samajh sakte hain Dheere-dheere meaning aur connection rebuild kar sakte hain Apni pace pe aage badh sakte hain Grief akele nahi uthana padta. Sahi support se journey halki ho sakti hai. Agar loss aapko bhari lag raha hai, toh baat karein. Grief & Loss: When Healing Needs Space, Not Force

Grief is a natural response to loss — of a loved one, a relationship, health, identity, or a major life change. It is not a problem to be fixed quickly. According to the World Health Organization and leading mental health bodies, unresolved or complicated grief can deeply affect emotional well-being, physical health, sleep, and daily functioning. Grief does not follow a fixed timeline. People may experience sadness, numbness, anger, guilt, emptiness, or waves of pain that come and go. NIMHANS and other psychological guidelines emphasise that healthy grieving needs acknowledgement, support, and time — not pressure to “move on.” At Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre, we use a person-centred approach. You are not rushed or judged. Through empathy and unconditional positive regard, counselling offers a safe space to: Express your feelings freely Make sense of the loss in your own way Gradually rebuild meaning and connection Move forward at your own pace without forcing recovery You do not have to carry grief alone. Support can make the journey lighter. If loss is weighing heavily on you, reach out. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counseling & Guidance Centre Compassionate, evidence-based, person-centred support.

Loneliness: Jab Logon Ke Beech Rehkar Bhi Akelapan Mehsoos Ho

Loneliness ka matlab hamesha physically akela hona nahi hota. Kabhi insan family, friends, colleagues ya online logon ke beech rehkar bhi khud ko an-suna, na-samjha hua ya emotionally disconnected mehsoos kar sakta hai. Har insan kabhi na kabhi loneliness mehsoos kar sakta hai. Lekin agar yeh ehsaas lambe waqt tak rahe, to emotional well-being par asar pad sakta hai aur depression aur anxiety ke risk se iska taalluq ho sakta hai. Kuch nishaniyan: • Doosron se disconnected mehsoos karna • Logon se milne-julne mein dilchaspi kam hona • Yeh mehsoos karna ke koi samajhta nahi • Logon se door rehna ya khud ko alag kar lena • Logon ke beech rehkar bhi khaali-pan mehsoos karna Meaningful connection ki taraf chhote qadam madadgar ho sakte hain: kisi bharosemand shakhs se khulkar baat karna, meaningful relationships ko waqt dena, supportive activities mein shamil hona, aur agar loneliness daily life ko affect kar rahi ho to professional help lena. Har baar zyada logon ki zarurat nahi hoti. Kabhi kabhi zyada meaningful connection ki zarurat hoti hai. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counselling & Guidance Centre mein emotional difficulties, relationships aur personal concerns ke liye respectful aur non-judgmental environment mein baat karne ki jagah faraham ki jati hai.

Loneliness: When You Feel Alone Even Around People

Loneliness is not always about being physically alone. Sometimes, a person can be surrounded by family, friends, colleagues or people online and still feel unseen, misunderstood or emotionally disconnected. Everyone feels lonely at times. But when loneliness continues, it can affect emotional well-being and may be associated with increased risk of depression and anxiety. Some signs may include: • Feeling disconnected from others • Losing interest in social interaction • Feeling that nobody understands you • Spending more time withdrawing from people • Feeling empty or emotionally distant despite being around others Small steps toward connection can matter: talking honestly with someone you trust, maintaining meaningful relationships, joining supportive activities, and seeking professional help when loneliness is affecting daily life. You don't always need more people around you. Sometimes, you need more meaningful connection. At Carl Rogers Mental Health Counselling & Guidance Centre, we provide a respectful and non-judgmental space to talk about emotional difficulties, relationships and personal concerns.

Jab koi kahe “Main ab aur nahi seh sakta” — ise nazarandaz na karein

Kabhi kabhi jazbati takleef itni zyada ho sakti hai ke insan khud ko be-umeed, phansa hua ya doosron par bojh mehsoos karne lage. Maut ya suicide ki baat karna, logon se door rehna, alvida kehna, apni aham cheezen de dena, achanak mood mein bohat zyada tabdeeli, ya khud ko nuqsan pahunchane ke tareeqe dhoondhna warning signs ho sakte hain. Kisi se seedha poochna ke kya woh suicide ke baare mein soch raha hai, suicidal thoughts ya behaviour ko barhata nahi hai. Balki isse ek zaroori guftagu shuru ho sakti hai aur insan ko mehsoos ho sakta hai ke koi uski baat samajhne ke liye tayyar hai. Poochna madad ki shuruaat ho sakta hai. Sunna umeed ki shuruaat ho sakta hai. Carl Rogers Mental Health Counselling & Guidance Centre mein hum emotional distress ka saamna karne wale afraad ko respect aur non-judgmental environment mein sunte hain aur zarurat ke mutabiq munasib support tak guide karte hain. WHO aur National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) ki guidance par mabni. Agar foran khatre ki surat ho, to der kiye baghair emergency/crisis help hasil karein.

When Someone Says “I Can’t Go On” — Don’t Ignore It

Sometimes emotional pain becomes so overwhelming that a person may feel hopeless, trapped, or like a burden to others. Talking about death or suicide, withdrawing from people, saying goodbye, giving away important belongings, sudden extreme mood changes, or looking for ways to die can be warning signs that someone needs help. Taking such signs seriously does not mean judging or frightening the person. It means listening calmly, staying connected, and helping them reach appropriate professional support. If someone may be in immediate danger of harming themselves, do not leave them alone. Seek urgent professional or emergency help and involve a trusted person who can help keep them safe. Asking someone directly whether they are thinking about suicide does not increase suicidal thoughts or behaviour. It can open an important conversation and help the person feel heard. Asking can be the beginning of help. Listening can be the beginning of hope. At Carl Rogers Mental Health Counselling & Guidance Centre, we provide a respectful, non-judgmental space for people experiencing emotional distress and help guide them toward appropriate support when needed. Based on guidance from WHO and the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). If there is immediate danger, seek emergency/crisis support without delay.

Self-Esteem aur Self-Confidence — Aap Khud Ko Kis Nazar Se Dekhte Hain, Ye Maayne Rakhta Hai

Kabhi-kabhi sabse sakht tanqeed bahar se nahi, balki khud se milti hai. Aap baar-baar apna muqabla doosron se karte hain, apni salahiyat par shak karte hain, apni ghaltiyon par zyada focus karte hain, naye challenges se bachne lagte hain, ya baar-baar mehsoos karte hain ke “Main kaafi achcha nahi hoon.” Self-Esteem & Self-Confidence — The Way You See Yourself Matters

Sometimes, the hardest criticism comes from within. You may often compare yourself with others, doubt your abilities, focus on your mistakes, avoid new challenges, or feel that you are “not good enough.” Low self-esteem can affect how we see ourselves, how we respond to challenges, and how we relate to others. Building healthier self-esteem is not about thinking you are better than others. It is about developing a more balanced and realistic view of yourself—recognising your strengths, understanding your limitations, and treating yourself with greater kindness. Counselling can offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore negative self-beliefs, understand emotional difficulties and develop healthier ways of coping. You don't have to become someone else to value yourself. When Should You Seek Mental Health Support?

You don’t have to wait until things become unbearable before asking for help. According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), professional support may be appropriate when emotional distress or symptoms persist for 2 weeks or more, or begin to interfere with everyday life. Some signs to pay attention to include: • Persistent sadness, worry or irritability • Changes in sleep or appetite • Loss of interest in things you usually enjoy • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions • Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted • Struggling to manage your usual responsibilities • Increasing withdrawal from family, friends or activities Seeking support does not mean that you are weak or that something is “wrong” with you. Reaching out can be a constructive step toward understanding what you are experiencing and finding appropriate support. If you or someone you know is having thoughts of suicide or self-harm, seek immediate professional or crisis support.
